There is a new Self Defense Program for women and girls aged 12yrs+ at Lake Macquarie PCYC on Tuesdays from 6 to 7.30pm.
All mums, sisters and friends are strongly encouraged to complete this 8 week course, which provides knowledge and skills that are essential for all girls and women to defend themselves. Remember: If you can't defend yourself in close and on the ground, you can't really defend yourself
